Cancellation Policy​:

If you need to cancel an appointment please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a full charge for your appointment before you may reschedule. Please call if this is not possible to ensure your ability to schedule future appointments is maintained.

​Maintaining the therapeutic relationship between client and massage therapist is crucial.

It is the Licensed Massage Therapist's responsibility to comply with the following;

​

• proper draping procedure
• ​sanitation and hygiene
• ​remain within scope of practice
• maintain client confidentiality
• conduct themselves in a professional manner respecting the boundaries of the client

It is the client's responsibility to;​

• ​show up for appointments on time
• communicate any discomfort they may experience during a massage session to the massage therapist​
• report to the massage therapist their complete medical history and any changes that may occur over the course of treatment
• conduct themselves in a professional manner respecting the boundaries of the massage therapist

*Any boundary violations, aggressive and or sexual in nature, will not be tolerated. The Licensed Massage Therapist reserves the right to immediately end a massage session and refuse treatment to any client who violates the boundaries of the therapeutic relationship.*
